This class is designed for experienced dancers who have had several years of previous training.
Jazz encompasses so many styles and genres. From Broadway musicals to sassy, commercial jazz and everything in between… you will be addicted! Class begins with a 15 minute cardio warm-up including body conditioning exercises. You’ll then work on technique including turns, jumps, and progressions. The next section of your class will be choreography, and finish off with a stretch to improve flexibility.
Sneakers without too much grip, Jazz shoes or dance sneakers recommended.
