Intermediate Jazz

Tuesdays 5.50-6.50pm

Adult class – at least 1 year or more training required

Jazz encompasses so many styles and genres. From Broadway Musicals to Funky, commercial Jazz and everything in between…. you will be addicted! Class begins with a 15 minute cardio warm-up including body conditioning exercises. Work at your own pace – all fitness levels welcome! You will then learn technique including turns & jumps, choreography, and finish off with a stretch to improve flexibility!

Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
