Intermediate Hip Hop

Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm

Adult Classes – At least 1 year of training is required

If you love hip hop and RnB music, this class is for you! Class consists of a groovy warm up to loosen your body and improve your strength and fitness, then builds on hip hop fundamentals and technique. You then move onto choreography and finish with a warm down and stretch!

Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
