Mondays 8-9pm

Adult class – at least 1 year or more training is required

Wanna learn to shake it like Beyonce? Heels is a fusion of funky hip hop, dynamic jazz and sensual burlesque with a dash of attitude! Learn how to walk, stand and dance in heels correctly whilst getting fit, working your core (and entire body) and having fun!

Class incorporates a cardio warm-up including squats, crunches and push-ups. Work at your own pace – all fitness levels welcome! Then it’s time to strap your heels on and do some walking combinations across the room. Channel your inner diva and learn a sassy routine, finishing off with a stretch to improve flexibility!

Wedges, medium height and width heels with a strap, or ankle boots are recommended. No stilettos!*
