Intermediate Combo (Jazz + Hip Hop)

So you’ve decided it’s time to let your inner groove out! COMBO is a great place to start. Class begins with a 15 minute cardio warm up including squats, crunches and push ups. Work at your own pace – all fitness levels welcome! Then you’ll learn some technique in both Jazz and Hip Hop styles as well as cool choreography to both Dance and RNB music. Finish off with a stretch to improve flexibility!

Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended
