Adult Classes

Class begins with a groovy warm up to loosen your body, and some exercises to tone, strengthen and get you ready to dance! Move onto some basic hip hop fundamentals and technique, then learn routines and choreography like the ones you see in music videos. Absolute beginners welcome!

Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
